My name is John Brewster. I was born and raised in Madisonville. The Brewster family has been here for many generations and I want to give back to a community I dearly love. My work in the oil and gas industry took me away to Houston where I had a successful career, retiring as Infrastructure Team leader at one of the largest refineries in Houston. I moved back home 3 years ago and met my amazing wife Karen.

Together we have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. We are a Christian couple actively involved in our church. One thing I am NOT, is a career politician. I have never run for any political office. I will listen and value the input of the citizens and business owners. I will utilize my training to prioritize what is best for Madisonville and build a reliable infrastructure for future generations. We will maintain its small town charm and beauty.
